He is survived by: his wife Marqueen Kitta (Miller); his children, Joseph Kitta of Berwick and Kathy Carper of Berwick; his grandchildren, Shannon Roberts, Brittany Smith, Kristen and Kelsey Kitta; and his great grandchildren, Nora and Xilas.
