He is survived by: his parent Ann Marie Forgione of Flanders, NJ.; his sons, Jayden Kressler of Berwick and Jayce Stout of Berwick; his grandmothers, Darlene Forgione of Mendham, NJ, Pat Stout and Nazareth; his siblings, Christina A. Stout and Ronnie Lyles Jr of Flanders, NJ; and also, George "Bubby" Proctor of Flanders, NJ. and Bud. He is also survived by several aunts; uncles; cousins; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to be given to the family or funeral home to help defray his final expenses.
