He is survived by: his parent Jasamine Forsythe (Shiner); his sons, John Forsythe (Elizabeth) of Sodus, NY and Robert Forsythe of Cleveland, OH; his grandchildren, Derrick Forsythe (Maria), Cody Forsythe (Monica) and Devon Musser (Gene); his great grandchildren, Felix, Riley, Ryan, Dalton and Logan; his sister Loueen Carter (Howard) of Nescopeck Twp; and his friends, Vaughn Bower, John and Suzanne. He is also survived by nieces; nephews.
