"Bud" Cook and Michael Cook (Sheri) of Macedonia, CA; his grandchildren, Christine Knecht, Keana Cook, Kayla Cook, AhLeah Cook, Cari Chavis and Gabe Chavis; and his great grandchild Braiden. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
