He was predeceased by: his parents, David Matthews and Alberta Matthews (Michalek); and his sister Nancy Petty. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Manning; his children, Lisa Matthews of Seattle, WA and Christopher Matthews (Allyson Beaver) of Mifflinville; his stepdaughters, Kimberly Kepner of Bloomsburg and Kelly Kepner of Bloomsburg; his granddaughters, Madelyn Kepner of Bloomsburg, Kaley Kepner of Bloomsburg, Mia Campbell of Bloomsburg and Addilyn Ridall of Mifflinville; and his brother-in-law Bradley Petty of Berwick.
Memorial contributions in Jeff's name are suggested to any charity of the donor's choice.
