He is survived by: his parents, David Labour and Diane Labour (Kappauf) of Nescopeck; his daughter Alyssa Labour of Berwick; his sister Michele Gilligan (Tom) of Allenstown, NH; his niece Emalee Gilligan; his nephew Erin Gilligan; his uncle Louis; and his aunt Nancy Guarino. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts and cousins.
