He is survived by: his wife Fay E. Rex; his children, James W. Hess (Ruth Ann) of Berwick, Lonnie W. Hess (Corrie) of Baton Rouge, LA, Jill S. Behe of Berwick and Laurie J. Hess of Berwick; his grandsons, Jimmy Hess, Jason, Michael and Austin Behe; and his great grandchildren, Julian Behe, Noah and Emma Behe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
