He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Descul and Maria Descul (Marcelli); his son James Descul; and his siblings, Armando Desculapio, Theresa Stubbs, Louis Descul, Rosemary Adamo, Elizabeth Callura and Rose.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Vroom; his children, Michael Descul of College Point, NY, John Kinney, Jr. (Tana) of Berwick, Christopher Kinney (Angela) of Honesdale, PA, Linda Zain of Selden, NY and Lisa Woodward of Hopkinsville, KY; and his brother Angelo Descul (Nicolette) of Berwick. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
