He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fox and Eugenia Smith (Epler). He is survived by: his daughters, Bobbi Jo Fox (Jesse Hollenthoner), Benton and Janette McHenry (Thomas); his granddaughters, Tessa Fox, Addison Hollenthoner and Cassandra McHenry; his siblings, Eva Moyer, Anne Serdula (Andrew), Cynthia Springer (Mark Lehman), Daralyn Long (Ricky), Virginia, Debra Nuss and Keith Smith (Lisa); and his brother-in-law Darwin Davis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
