We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Jacqueline P. (Zack) O'Hara of Berwick, Pennsylvania, born in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Zack and Josephine Zack (Yodis); her grandson Raymond Kenney; and her siblings, Elizabeth Janowczyk, Vera Piaskowski, Antoinette Finnerty, Edward, Alfred, Michael, Henry, Chester and Francis Zack.
She is survived by: her daughter Jacqueline Spitzer; her grandchildren, Shannon Spitzer, Heather Goss (Michael), Brandon Kenney and Michael Kenney; her great grandchildren, Gabriella Goss, Emmaleigh Goss, Charlotte Goss and Michael Goss, Jr.; her brother Ronald Zack (Carol); and her nieces, Cheryl Fischer (Scott) and Karen Preston (Paul). She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
