He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Dent and Freda Dent; and his siblings, Jay Dent and Gloria. He is survived by: his wives, Anna Mae Michael and Diane Dent; his sister Gale Vought; his children, Nelson (Jenny Dent) and Marian (Kirk Lehman); and his grandchildren, Jessica Lehman, Danielle Lehman, Kate, Becca and Miles Dent.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Summer Hill Cemetery Association at 160 Twin Church Road, care of Linda Sult.
