He is survived by: his wife Judy Ney Harmon (Hatfield); his children, Philip H. Harmon (Tina Sneed) of Bowling Green, KY, Herbert H. Harmon, Jr. (Renee) of Berwick, Rose Ann Harmon (Frank O'Neil) of Sarasota, FL and Bridget (Jon Leiby) of Berwick; his stepdaughter Jennifer (Matthew Gaddis) of Newnan, GA; and his brothers, Harold Harmon (Karen) of Lakewood, CO and Kerry Harmon (Virginia) of Nescopeck. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
