She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Mausteller and Katherine Amelia Mausteller (Morgan); her husband Arthur W. Welch, Sr.; her brothers, Edward and John Mausteller; and her great grandchild Verity Welch.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur William Welch, Jr. of Tampa, FL, Katherine Welch of Bloomsburg and Charlotte Mae (Stephen Laytar) of Berwick; her grandchildren, Michael Weaver, Katie Weaver, Earl Weaver, Jr., Carrie Weaver, Ryan Welch, Rosemarie Welch, Adam Welch, Peter Lazazzaro, Richard Wilson, Mason Laytar, Leah King and Justina High; and her siblings, Warren Mausteller of Allentown and Gloria Ann Varner of Berwick. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
