He was predeceased by: his parent Oscar Neely; his former wife Anne Zicarelli Neely; and his brothers, William Neely and Clifton Neely. He is survived by: his parent Viola Neely (Rood); his spouse Betty Klingerman Neely; his daughter Paula Shuler (Rick) of Berwick; his grandchildren, Rachael Switzer and Jacob Switzer; his sister-in-law Leona Neely of Berwick; his nephews, David Neely, Darl Neely, Larry Neely, Kenneth Neely and Glenn Neely; and his niece Mary Driscoll.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Berwick Historical Society in his name.
