She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard A. Schloyer and Maud L. Schloyer (Fenstermacher); her husband Lamar A. Bason; and her siblings, Katherine Frace, Ethel Ungemach, Wilma Fetterman and Rev. Ray Schloyer.

She is survived by: her children, Willard Bason (Madelyn) and Sylvia Fritz (David); her grandchildren, Heidi, Christina, Willard Jr and Shawn; and her great grandchildren, Katie, Wesley, Alexandria and Airlia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
