He is survived by: his siblings, Leroy Fowler, Jr., Gerald Fowler, David Fowler, Gertrude Kinney, Ruth Mackert, Barbara Broskey, Charlotte Lipsey and Holly Young. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
