Gene R. Hellmers Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2022, at the age of 94, Gene R. Hellmers of Berwick, Pennsylvania, born in Owego, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hellmers and Amanda Hellmers (Hendrickson); his former wife Jeanne Pachucki; and his half-sister Beverly Stout. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Greenly Hellmers (Blank); his sons, Gary Hellmers (Barbara) of Apalachin, NY and John Hellmers (Joanne) of Conklin, NY; and his stepchildren, Greg Greenly (Cheryl) of Harrisburg, NC, Carol (Donald Ariola) of Poughkeepsie, NY and Gina (Karen Basile). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
