Gary Shingler Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2019, at the age of 83, Gary Shingler (Berwick, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Shingler and Beatrice Shingler (Bennett); and his former wife Joanne Hosler. He is survived by: his wife Elnora Bauman; his children, Tammy Dietterick of Bloomsburg and Jess Shingler (Marcella) of Jonestown; his grandchildren, Joshua Dietterick, Sara Carros (Peter), Jeremy Shingler (Amy), Micah Shingler (Esther), Andrew Shingler (Lindsey) and Amalie Ramsay (Adrian); his stepsons, Larry Girton (Sandy) of Bloomsburg and Edward Joline (Sandy) of Berwick; and his stepgrandchildren, Emily Mowery (Josh), Ryan Joline (Kristi Betz) and Lindsey Joline. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
