He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Scala and Angeline Scala (Rose); and his brother Michael C. Scala Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Williams (Williams); his brother Tony (Caria); his sister-in-law Mary Lou Scala; his nieces, Megan, Marissa (Jim Mattucci) and Lisa (Brian Tucker); his nephew Anthony (Samantha Scala); his great-nephew Anthony; and his stepchildren, Kelly Marinaro, Janel, Larry Yorks, Belinda and Jason Smith. He is also survived by six granddaughters, and seven great grandchildren.
