Higgins (Berwick, Pennsylvania), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 15, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carnelis "Neil" and Apalonia Higgins (Braun); his wife Karen S. Higgins (Levan); his children, Kimberly Grasley (David B., Berwick) and James Higgins (Debbie, Maryland); his grandchildren, Jenna Grasley-Tenaglia (Matt, Kalli Briggs), Abby Grasley, Kristina Higgins and Dominic Higgins; his great grandchildren, Cameron and Madison; and his siblings, Joseph Higgins, Juanita Elder and Dolores Peirce. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
