With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna K. Meade (Berwick, Pennsylvania), born in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 8, 2019 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter C. Meixsell and Gladys Meixsell-Pontrelli (Heller); her brother Peter C. Meixsell; her grandchild Kelsey Besecker; and her stepfather Michael Pontrelli.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Meade; her children, Kimberly Besecker-Washko (Joseph Washko) of Drums, Douglas W. Besecker of Stroudsburg and Nicole K. Kresge (Mark Kresge) of Henryville; her grandchildren, Danielle Holzmann-Itterly, Kristin Holzmann, Emily Kresge, Kassidy Besecker, Kyla Besecker and Eli Kresge; her great grandchildren, Dallis Dolder, Kenzie Dolder and Meredith Itterly; and her siblings, Richard Serfass (Dorothy) of Bath and Shirley Smith of Stroudsburg.
