He is survived by: his children, Greg Lewis Berwick (Carla), Lori Cukjati (Jack), Shelly Reider Wilkes-Barre (Brian) and Kurt Reider Berwick (Bridget); his siblings, Lyle Reider Bainbridge (Tillie) and Donna McQuate Birdsborough (John); and his grandchildren, Lauren Lewis, Justin Lewis, Lindsey Lewis, Lydia Lewis, Natalie Cukjati, Jacob Cukjati, Matthew Cukjati, Sarah Hess, Cortney Hess, Kelsea Fetterman, Tiffany Moser and Devin Reider. He is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren.
