She is survived by: her sons, Theodore Luciw of Berwick and Nickolas Luciw (Shari) of Bloomsburg; her grandchildren, Joshua Luciw, Andy Hess (Shannon) and Hannah Luciw; her great grandchildren, Colton Hess and Madison Hess; and her brother-in-law Steve Bartkowiak of Berwick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
