He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Philip and Audrey May Kindler (Steadle). He is survived by: his siblings, Dr. Jeffrey Daryl Kindler (Cheryl) of Lehighton and Cynthia (Michael Matzko) of Bloomsburg; his niece Dr. Michelle Matzko; his nephew Dr. Michael Matzko (Kara); and his great-nephew Reed Matzko.
