He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Bloom and Mary Bloom (Kershner); his siblings, June, Uthema, Geraldine, Roland, Parvin, Ivan, Willard, Warren, Paul, Frank and Vernon; and his granddaughter Brianna Lynn Nowakoski.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Lehman; his children, Carl A. Bloom, Jr. of Berwick, Beth Ann Bloom (Harry M. Katerman) of Benton, Hilton, Joseph Nowakoski (Shelley) of Sherwood Village, Edward Nowakoski (Michelle Caga) of Plainfield, NJ and Mark Nowakoski (Gina Brown) of Berwick; his grandchildren, Ryan Beishline, Kelsey Bainbridge, Brittany Van Horn, Jason Nowakoski and Christopher Nowakoski; his great grandchildren, Leyna, Amelia, Bradley, Alivia, Brooklyn, Jayda, Hudson and Lucy; and his sister-in-law Ruth Bloom of Berwick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
