She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Allen and Reba Allen (Whitmoyer); her husband Daniel R. Hack Sr.; and her siblings, Donna Hower, Martha Harner and Mark Allen.

She is survived by: her children, Daniel R. Hack, Jr. of Nescopeck and Melissa D. Hack of Berwick; her grandchildren, Katelyn Hack, Bentley Gross and Shelby Gross; and her siblings, Diane (Chuck Cox), Kathy Watts, Harold Allen (Diana) of Bloomsburg, David Allen (Barbara) of Bloomsburg and Danny Allen (Heather) of Bloomsburg.
