She was predeceased by: her parents, Archibald M. Jr. Hoagland and Esther C. Hoagland (Campbell); her sisters, Nancy Drum and JoAnn English (Stephen D. Flinn); and her nephew Adam Snyder.
She is survived by: her children, Laurie Phelps Leach (Anton Yalch) of Berwick and David G. Phelps (Sheila) of Berwick; her grandchildren, Brian R. Leach (Danielle) of Stuart, Fla., Chelsea K. Leach (Michael Robinson) of Berwick and Rebecca L. Phelps (Justin Hill) of Berwick; her great grandchildren, William, Henry Robinson and Hannah Leach; her brother Arch Hoagland (Laurie) of Clovis, California; her nieces and nephews, Connie, JoElaine, Judy, Beth, Chrissie, Michelle, Caroline, Rachelle, Bill, Scott and John; and also, Wanda Adams of Berwick, Nikki Dockey Hess of Lancaster, Thelma and Louise.
