It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jane Penle of Berwick, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Jane Penle to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Earl and Ruth Kramer (Kline); her former husband John J. Penles; and her siblings, William Kramer, Clinton "Pete" Kramer, Robert Kramer, Jack Kramer, Glenn Kramer, Donald Kramer, Isabel Wagner, Lois Chapin, Lenna Cerullo, Beverly Levan and Peggy Grozier (Gordon).

She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Penles, LuAnn Foster (Norman Foster) and Mary Lee Berninger (Doug Berninger); her granddaughter Sarah Stabley (Jake Stabley); and her great grandchildren, Kash Stabley and Kendall Jane Stabley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
