He is survived by: his grandchildren, Holly, Alex, Patrick and Conor; his wife Alice Zaikoski (Jones); his children, Anthony J. Zaikoski, III of Springboro, OH and Katie Guise (Adam) of Hollidaysburg, PA; his brother Bernard Zaikoski (Eileen) of Berwick; and his grand-pup Scooter. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
