She was predeceased by: her spouse Ned Martin Surkin; her parents, Rosario DiNoia and Luisa DiNoia (Azzato); and her siblings, Millie, Johnny, Victor and Jerry.
She is survived by: her children, Larry (Janelle), Denise (Keith) and Hershey (Mary); her grandchildren, Christina, Tony, Victoria, Pamela, Nicholas, Jessica, Brynda and Katherine; and her siblings, Viola, Rose, Louise and Rudy.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
