She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Klemack and Anna Klemack (Mudrick); her husband Michael Jurbala, Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Federico, Mary Roll, Rose Fisher, Kathryn Slotterback, Michael Klemick, Fred Klemick and Edward Payeskie.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert M. Jurbala (Delores) of Clarks Summit and David R. Jurbala (Lynne) of Los Angeles, CA; her grandchildren, David Jurbala, Jr. and Navy; and her siblings, Joseph Klemick of Elysburg and Helen Benfer of Selinsgrove. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
