She was predeceased by: her parent William Eglody; her husband Joseph R. Kondrchek; her son Richard Kondrchek; and her siblings, Paul Louis (Louie), John Eglody, Edward Eglody, Carolyn Melnick and Martha Hopper.
She is survived by: her parent Caroline Eglody (Bacsenko); her children, JoAnn and Joseph Kondrchek of Templeton, MA; and her granddaughters, Andrea Thompson of Coon Rapids, MN and Rae Ann Thompson of Coon Rapids, MN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Mary's Church in her name.
