He is survived by: his children, Douglas Jacobs (Ruthann) of Maryland, Theresa Jacobs of Florida and Michael Jacobs (Jill) of Berwick; and his sisters, Carol Jacobs of Michigan and Rita Herstick of Mocanaqua. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren.
