He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Wise and Evelyn Wise (Snyder); his brother Michael Robert Wise; and his brother-in-law Glenn Balthaser. He is survived by: his wife Cindy A. Wise (Balthaser); his children, Brett J. Wise of Fleetwood and Kristen J; his siblings, Linda Todd of Lancaster, David Wise (Loretta) of Lancaster and Jeffrey Wise (Elizabeth) of New Holland; his siblings-in-law, Richard (Cheryl Balthaser) of Rehrersburg, Dean (Rachael Balthaser) of Womelsdorf and Donna (Denny Wloczewski) of Shillington; and also Wanda of Reading.
