He was predeceased by: his parent Nevin A. Smith, Sr.; and his daughter Diane F. Smith. He is survived by: his spouse Glenna F. Smith (Hix); his parent Alice V. Smith (Hargreaves); his daughters, Angie A. Smith, Shartlesville Smith and Jamie L. Smith; his sister Donna L.; his spouse Leroy Kaley; his sister Eva McAndrews; and also, Debra L. Smith and Hamburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
