He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Smith (Bashore); his son Robert A. Smith, Jr. (Lisa); his brothers, Marshall and James Smith; his grandchildren, Michael A. Smith and Ashley M. Smith; and his great grandchildren, Carter M. and Lilianna M. Smith.
