He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignatz Orban and Theresa Orban (Memeth); and his wife Gertrude M. (Shade). He is survived by: his children, Richard A. Orban of Penn Township, Deborah Orban of Penn Township, Gloria J. Reifsnyder of Penn Township and Thomas C. Reifsnyder of Penn Township; his grandson Joseph L. "Joey" Orban; and his close friends, Emily, Thomas J. Reifsnyder, Kayla, Renee Orban and Scott.
