He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Kirkhoff and Eva Kirkhoff (Spayd); his wife Betty; and his great-nephew Samuel Konek. He is survived by: his goddaughter Dianna Pagan; his brother Melvin A. (Carol D. Kirkhoff); his brother-in-law Robert (Kathleen Dunkle); his nephew Michael (Christine Dunkle); his niece Jennifer (John Konek); his great-nephews, Matthew Dunkle and Cody Konek; and his great-niece Allison Dunkle. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
