She was predeceased by: her husband Doyle L. Showers; her parents, Yen B. Ney and Ellen E. Ney (Boyer); and her brother Daniel L. Ney. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth D. Showers (Vicki) and Todd S. Showers of State College; her granddaughters, Cara (Wayne Kramer) of Womelsdorf and Erin (Jorge Velazquez) of West Wyomissing; and her sister Benita B. Wagner (Arlan Wagner).
