He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Nutter and Naomi Nutter (Conley); and his stepparent Thomas Anspach. He is survived by: his wife Sara E. Nutter (Oxenreider); his child Glenn A.; his close friends, Cindy A. Moser, Sheila J. (Russell L. Rhoads) and Jeremy C. (Lauren A. Nutter); his grandsons, Cody, Hunter, Evan, Keith and Dominic; his great grandchild Cami; and his siblings, John T. Anspach, James C. Anspach, Luke A. Anspach and Sharon L. DeLong.
