Hay of Berlin, Pennsylvania, born in Somerset, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 13, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Hay and Margaret E. Hay (Ryman); his wife Ellen Fritz; and his sister Linda M. Clarkson. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy W. Hay (Susan) and Jennifer B. Gilmore; his grandchildren, Noah, Micah Gilmore, Lucas, Jacob and Isaac Hay; his sister Sherrie L. Hay; his mother-in-law Emily Fritz; and his friend Carol Fisher.
