He was predeceased by: his parents, Webster F. Sr. Foor and Mary Foor (Brick); his wife Lana Jean Kreinbrook; and his siblings, Charles, Harry Foor and Peggy Menhorn.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy of Berlin, Wilmer Scott of Berlin, Rodney Foor (Nancy) of Berlin and Karen Livengood (George) of Berlin; his grandchildren, Kelsey, McKena, Preston, Austin Foor, Bryanna Foor (A. J. Jones), Aundrea Miller (Jason Klink) and Hope Livengood; and his great grandchildren, Natalee, Chantel Klink, Leo and Delilah Jones. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to Aundrea and Jason Klink, 9257 Mason Dixon Hwy., Salisbury, PA 15558, to assist with Buddy's great granddaughter's medical expenses.
