He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Ott and Bertha Ott (Zgett); and his siblings, Gloria Jean Frazier, Jerry Ott, Teresa Jane Miller and Sharon Miller.
He is survived by: his son Thomas Ott Jr.; his daughter-in-law Leslie of Illinois; his son David Ott of California; his grandchildren, Amanda Ott, Jazel Ott, Julissa Ott, David Ott and Deejay Ott; and his friend George Zugrovich. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
