It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Campbell of Berlin, Pennsylvania, born in Frostburg, Maryland, who passed away on November 10, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Spiker and Elva Spiker Wilt (Bittinger); her grandson Thomas Edward Campbell, Jr.; and her brothers, Raymond "Paul" Spiker and Robert "Bobby" Spiker.
She is survived by: her close friend Thomas Campbell; her children, Thomas Eugene Campbell of Aliquippa, PA and Michelle Campbell Roulette of Knoxville, TN; her siblings, James Spiker of Friendsville, MD, Melvin Spiker of Westernport, MD, Russ Wilt of Accident, MD, Sharon Durst of Grantsville, MD, Shirley Lucas, Diane Fontaine and Judy Kowalezyk of Oakland, MD; and her grandchildren, Thomas, Jr., Ariana, Debbie, Diana, Stephanie and Stacy. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
