He is survived by: his wife Elsie Hunter (Tunstall); his sons, Ronald and Kevin; his stepchildren, Warren Rugg (Joanne) of Somerset, Michael Rugg of Hooversville, Ronda Elesquez of Murrysville and Charles Rugg (Penny Of Latrobe); his siblings, James Hunter (Rena), Nadine Minor of Fl and Geraldine of Fl; and his pets, Max and Candy.
