He is survived by: his wife Joyce Vought; his children, Roxanne Sullivan (Allen), Richard Alan Hay (Kimberly), Darren Hay (Rebecca) and Matthew Hay (Melanie); his grandchildren, Lauren, Connor, Morgan, Madison, Kaylee, Ryan, Kayla and Cohen; and his brothers, Robert, Ralph (Janet) and Charles Hay (Gloria).
