She was predeceased by: her parents, Attorney Leland Woy Walker and Vida Walker (Boose); her husband James John Arthur; her sister Joan Kraus; and her son-in-law Keith Altman.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Altman of Damascus, MD, Leland J. Arthur, Elaine Watson of Purceville, VA, Rhys M. Arthur and Christine Larsen of Ellicott City, MD.; her grandchildren, Christina Altman, Ryan Arthur (Sarah Staley) and Lauren Flodstrom (David); her husband James Maryland; and also Baltimore Maryland.
