He is survived by: his wife Katherine Heiple; his sons, Shawn Booth (Jennifer), Shane Booth (Lisa) and Travis Booth (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Cole, Kiera, Cody and Madison Booth. He is also survived by 1 sister, 4 step brothers, and numerous nieces and nephews.
