She was predeceased by: her father Jay E. Berkey; and her brother Jay D. Berkey. She is survived by: her mother Virginia Berkey (Terry Hillegass); her children, Nicole Hoover (Thomas Drass) and Travis Hoover (Amber); her grandchildren, Luke, Logan (Olivia), Levi, Laina, Tommy, Westlee, Riley, Braxton and Nash; and her siblings, Clark (Karen), Bill Berkey (Cathi), Carla Fochtman (Tom Clapper), Lesa Hillegass (Joe Hanson) and Jayne Winck.
