She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gondek and Ellen Gondek (Stapinski); her brother James Gondek; and her siblings-in-law, Marlene Gondek (Speicher) and Terrence Cover.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas L. Smith; her children, Amanda Custer (Steven) and Ryan Smith (Jill); her grandchildren, Caleb, Colin Custer, Avalyn, Graden and Ellisyn Smith; her sister-in-law Linda Cover; and her nieces and nephews, Tracy Cover, Marci Cover, Christine Schiwart (Dennis) and Robert Gondek (Michelle).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to St. Gregory's Catholic Church, 247 High St., Meyersdale, PA 15552.
